My approach
25 years ago I lost 25 pounds, going from a size 12 to a size 3 and I've kept it off ever since. I am passionate about health and fitness, and can give you the knowledge and support that will help you achieve your best you. With more than 20 years experience as a personal trainer, each training session we have together will be safe, challenging, fun, and most importantly, help you get the results you are looking for.
